Municipal Quotes & Account Terms

We welcome the opportunity to quote departments on large and/or small scale projects, please contact us for additional information.  All Municipal and/or Government Accounts will receive Net 30 terms when the order is placed in conjunction with a Purchase Order that is approved by our Accounting Department. Please email Purchase Orders to info@priority1emergency.com or fax them to 734-398-5904. If your department does not require them, please contact us for more information about how you can go about placing an order with us. 


When you place an order with us for products that are subject to any legal restrictions, you warrant that you are authorized to make such purchases and that you are in compliance with all local, state and federal laws concerning the same.  Priority One Emergency, Inc. holds a firm restricted sales policy for certain items that require proper identification.  We reserve the right to refuse to sell or ship merchandise to anyone. 

Return Policy

Acceptable returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of your purchase with receipt.  An acceptable return is a new stocking item that is in complete re-sellable condition with all original sealed packaging and tags.  Items are subject to inspection which will determine if you are eligible for a refund, store credit or denial of your claim.  Special orders, non-stocking items, vehicle-specific products, items that have been customized and/or altered, clearance items and first aid products are not returnable.  If you would like clarification on a product, please feel free to contact us in advance.  Freight charges are not returnable and buyers are responsible for any charges incurred while shipping their return. 

Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on processing orders as quickly as possible.  If you would like to request a cancellation of your order, please contact us immediately at 877-678-5872 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.  Special orders, non-stocking items, vehicle-specific products, custom orders and orders with alterations cannot be cancelled.  Orders considered processed may not be eligible for cancellation.  Any order, regardless of reason, that is not eligible for cancellation, is subject to our Return Policy and all of the terms therein.   Priority One Emergency, Inc. will not be held responsible for any orders that cannot be cancelled. 


We ship via UPS to the Continental United States only at this time.  We do not ship to Freight Forwarding addresses and orders using such addresses will be cancelled. In stock orders typically ship 24-48 hours after ordering (business days only during our normal hours of operation).  When a shipping mode is selected, express or otherwise, that pertains to the date in which your order is ready to ship.   Express methods are the only guaranteed methods by UPS, while their Ground or Surepost is not.  It is the customer’s responsibility to report any lost packages, damages or any other potential claims made during shipping to us immediately so that we may assist you in making a claim with UPS.   


Product Warranties:  All product warranty claims are handled by their respective manufacturers.  For returns or claims covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact them directly via their website or customer service number.

Priority One Emergency, Inc. Workmanship Warranty under the Vehicle Services Division:

— Workmanship is warranted to be free from defects to the original customer for the lifetime of the vehicle.  This warranty applies if, and only if, these two conditions have been adhered to:*

(1) The vehicle, with it’s products and workmanship, have never have been subject to misuse, modification, or negligence and the issue in question must have occurred while operating under normal circumstances.*

(2) No repairs, installations, tampering, nor modifications have been made to the workmanship in question.  Claims made that violate this policy will be denied and any costs incurred through unauthorized repair facilities will never be subject for reimbursement.*

*We reserve the right to determine whether or not, in our opinion, these conditions have been met.

— Product warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective manufacturer.  Product failures are subject to labor charges.  If requested, we can assist with the return; however the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.  


In order to have an immediate opportunity to address any potential concerns, any claims made against orders must be made within 3 calendar days of order pick up or order delivery (depending on method of order). 

Drop Off Polices

We take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously and request that customers dropping off their vehicles and/or their garments for services here do the same.  We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem a project unsanitary for our team.

Vehicles: We require vehicles that are being dropped off to be cleaned and sanitized prior to service.  Vehicles that are dropped off that need to be cleaned (inside or out) may result in additional labor being assessed to the invoice as well as a delay in the delivery time-frame.

Uniforms: We require uniforms that are being dropped off to be new or laundered prior to any alterations.  Any garments dropped off in used conditions will be returned to the customer. 

Abandoned Items Policy

Items which are not picked up within 45 calendar days will be considered abandoned and will become property of Priority One Emergency.  We reserve the right to donate, resell or discard any abandoned property after the 45 days.  Items include, but are not limited to, special orders, products sent in for repair, and any items left over from services performed.
